Rhino Medical is leading the charge seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for short-term primary care clinic coverage just 30 minutes south of Fresno in Hanford, California.
This assignment offers a predictable outpatient schedule, low patient volumes, and a supportive clinical environment — ideal for APPs comfortable managing routine primary care cases in a solo-practice style setting.

Schedule:- Mon/Wed/Fri: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Tue/Thu: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

- Patient Volume: 5–10 patients/day

Clinical Responsibilities- Provide routine primary care for scheduled adult patients
- Conduct chronic disease management and acute visits
- Perform health maintenance exams & follow-ups
- Review labs, imaging, medication management
- Document visits accurately within eClinicalWorks
- Ensure timely, patient-centered care in a community-focused clinic
Candidate Requirements- Active & unrestricted California NP or PA license
- DEA required
- Board Certified (any specialty accepted with Primary Care experience)
- At least some recent primary care, urgent care, or family medicine experience
- Comfortable practicing autonomously with support staff
