Position: OR RN (Req #9583) Shift: Day shift, 5x8s (06:30–15:00), Monday–Friday Experience: 2 years required | First-time travelers OK Facility: Critical Access Hospital 22-bed rural facility Charting: Epic Scrubs: Any color (OR provided) Parking: Free Role & Responsibilities: Covers all surgical services: OBGYN, Ortho, General Surgery, Endo, ENT Functions across Pre-op, PACU, OR Circulator, and Endoscopy Floats within Surgical Services and may assist other departments within scope Ratios: Pre-op: 1:3 PACU: 1:2 OR: 1:1 Call & Scheduling: On-call required: 8 days total, including one Fri–Sun weekend Weekends required on-call only Block scheduling: Not available 48 hours: Not approved
