Position Overview:
The NICU RN will provide high-quality nursing care in a Level IV Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, caring for critically ill newborns and infants. This role requires advanced clinical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care for critically ill neonates.

• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and manage specialized equipment (ventilators, IV pumps, monitors).

• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.

• Educate and support families throughout the care process.

• Maintain compliance with all hospital policies and professional standards of practice.

Requirements:

• Current NY RN License – required

• BLS (AHA) – required

• ACLS (AHA) – required

• Minimum 2 years current Level III or IV NICU experience – strongly preferred

• Previous travel experience – preferred

Submission Requirements:

• Valid NY RN license

• ACLS & BLS (AHA)

• Minimum 2 years NICU experience (Level III or IV required)
