We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team in a full-time capacity, providing high-quality care in both Occupational Health and Urgent Care Clinic (UCC) settings. This is an excellent opportunity for a provider with a strong clinical background and a commitment to patient-centered care.
Position Details:
Schedule: hours per week Weekdays with occasional weekends No holidays
Compensation: $156,000 annually + benefits stipend
Work Environment: Collaborative clinical team supporting employee health and walk-in patient care
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver care in occupational health and urgent care settings
Perform pre-employment physicals, return-to-work evaluations, and workplace injury assessments
Diagnose and treat common illnesses and minor injuries
Document thoroughly and communicate effectively with patients and employers
Collaborate with physicians and support staff for continuity of care
Maintain compliance with clinical policies, procedures, and OSHA regulations
Requirements:
Active NP or PA licensure in Insert State
Minimum 3 years experience in occupational health and urgent care
Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork abilities
