Our client, a leading organization in the energy and power industry, is seeking a Construction Project Manager to join their team. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be part of the Project Engineering department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive problem-solving mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Lead technical project management efforts for complex power generation projects.
- Coordinate engineering activities and resolve critical technical issues across multiple teams.
- Act as the primary technical liaison between customers, engineering, procurement, and construction teams.
- Review contract documentation and communicate project requirements effectively to all stakeholders.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project execution and delivery.
What's Needed?
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Project Engineering, Design Engineering, or Field Engineering in Construction
- Ability and willingness to travel approximately 10-15% as required.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience managing multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
