Responsibilities - Sales Manager:
- Manages, trains, and directs the Sales Representatives team
- Must be a strong closer willing to engage customers early in the sale to obtain maximum gross
- Actively supports, encourages, and motivates sales personnel daily to maintain high morale
- Supervises Sales Managers, F&I Managers, Digital Marketing Managers and a team of Sales Consultants.
- Uses CRM tool to manage the salesforce. Training, lead execution, and sales results are the focus.
Qualifications - Sales Manager:
- Ford Experience Required
- Steady work and performance history

- Professional management style that sets the example for enthusiasm, productivity, and accountability.
- Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships
- Excellent appearance, verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Must be a strong closer
- Valid driver's license
