SMART Physician Recruiting is seeking a CRNA for a perm position in Central Illinois. The site is paying $175k for new graduates and over $200k for those with at least 2 years of experience. There is also an option to take extra call for additional pay. There is an opportunity to join teams, if applicant is interested in semi-specializing (OB, Hearts, Peds). The site has some medical direction, but CRNAs do a number of the cases. Call is very rare and is included in the 40 hrs/week expectation. There is also a full benefits package. Ideal applicants will be open to living in Central IL and be eligible/certified NBCRNA.

• Salary: $175k-$215k (commensurate on experience)
• Benefits: Medical Insurance, Malpractice Insurance, Relocation Assistance, CME, etc
• PTO: 5-7 weeks
• Cases: General, Ortho, Regional, B&B
• Call Schedule: 1/20 (call is included in the expectation of 40 hrs/week)
• Medical Supervision: 1 MD/4 CRNAs
• Sites: Level 1 Trauma, nearby ASCs
• Requirements: Eligible or Certified NBCRNA, IL License, ACLS
• Start Date: ASAP
• Credentialing: 2-4 months
