Territory Sales Representative Requirements and Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in sales or customer facing role
- Ability to self direct sales activities within territory
- Hunter, go-getter who is comfortable making cold calls
- Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
- Self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient with Microsoft and CRM (Salesforce) and willingness to consistent usage
- Ability to quickly build rapport and communicate the value of marketing solutions
Must-haves:
- Valid driver license and a clean driving record
- Reliable transportation for daily travel within the territory
- Ability and willingness to drive extensively for field visits (up to 15 stops per day
- Bilingual Spanish/English speaking
