What You’ll Do

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and skill-based assessments (FBA, VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R)

• Create and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans

• Supervise and mentor RBTs / Behavior Technicians

• Collaborate with caregivers, school staff, and other professionals

• Maintain accurate, insurance-compliant documentation through CentralReach

• Monitor and adjust programs based on data and team input

What You Bring

• Active BCBA certification and NJ LBA license (or in process)

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field

• Experience in home-based ABA therapy or community settings preferred

• Strong skills in documentation, supervision, and caregiver collaboration

• Organized, reliable, and committed to ethical, family-centered care
