Setting: Clinic, L&D, Surgery, Call
FTE: 1.0

Duties:

• Clinic, After Hours Call, Labor & Delivery, Gynecologic Surgery

• City Call, CNM Back Up

• All standard gynecologic procedures in clinic and hospital

EMR: EPIC
Support Staff: Front Desk and Clinical Support Staff, including ultrasound on-site

Reason for Coverage: Physician Resignation

Travel Preferences:

• Lodging: Comfort Inn, Holiday Inn preferred

• Air Travel: Local preferred but not required

Credentialing:

• Timeframe: days

• Facility Privileges: Clinic, Hospital, Gynecologic & Obstetric

• Credentialing with other facilities: yes

• Billing Enrollment: No (not providing services in lieu of existing provider)

Submission Requirements:

• Board Certified OB/GYN

• Nebraska License or IMLC

• OB-GYN Residency

• BLS, DEA, NRP

• Clean Malpractice preferred

• Availability at time of name clear

State License Requirements: Nebraska
