Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a night shift Emergency Department position at a Free Standing Emergency Department, requiring a TX or compact RN license and at least one year of recent ER experience.

Responsibilities

• Work in a Free Standing Emergency Department (FSED) setting
• Night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• 13-week contract assignment
• Patient population includes emergency and trauma cases
• Unit assignment is Leander FSED
• May be required to manage emergent medical situations in a standalone ER environment
• Must provide copies of license, certifications, and references for consideration
• All certifications must be valid through at least the first 30 days of assignment

Requirements

• Active TX or compact RN license required
• Minimum one year of recent experience in an Emergency Department
• Current AHA or ARC BLS certification required
• CPI or accepted equivalent required for all ER units
• No gaps in work history equaling 90 days or more in the past 12 months
• US Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration
