Clinical Supervisor – BCBA (Howard Counties, Maryland)

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the implementation of ABA therapy programs and ensure compliance with established protocols and guidelines

• Provide clinical supervision to BCBAs and BCMTs in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans

• Conduct regular program reviews and evaluations to ensure the highest quality of care

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, families, and caregivers

• Stay current with industry developments and best practices in ABA therapy

• Participate in staff training and professional development activities

Requirements:

• BCBA certification

• No minimum of years of experience in ABA therapy

• Strong understanding of ABA principles and methodology

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

• Strong organizational and time management skills
