Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an Emergency Department position requiring 4+ years of RN experience and an active MA license.
Responsibilities
- Work in the Emergency Department of a hospital setting
- Day and night rotating shifts are required
- Schedules available for 36 or 48 hours per week
- Every other weekend and holiday coverage required
- Uses Epic charting system
- Applicants must have last names beginning with A through L
- First day parking is not validated; public parking or transportation is required
- Local candidates with permanent residence within 60 miles will receive a different rate
- RTO (requests for time off) must be declared at time of consideration
- Scrub color or dress code details are not specified
- Must provide two professional references
Requirements
- Active RN license in Massachusetts required at time of consideration; MA Conditional Licenses not accepted
- Minimum of 4 years RN experience required
- At least 1 year of travel nursing experience and Level 1 trauma experience required
- Current BLS certification from AHA required
- COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations required with no exemptions permitted
- Primary source license verification through both NURSYS and BON required
