- Dialysis Volume: Approx. 70 patients (50 hemodialysis, 20 peritoneal dialysis)

- Case Mix: Chronic kidney disease, dialysis management, inpatient nephrology consultations
FACILITY INFORMATION
- No. of Beds in Department: 17-bed ICU; 268-bed hospital
- Dialysis Center: Local 20-chair dialysis center
- ICU Coverage: 24/7 hospitalist and ICU support
- Equipment: CRRT available
- Support Staff Available: 1 Physician and 2 Advanced Practice Providers (APRs)

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Licenses: Arkansas medical license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Certifications: Board Certified/Board Eligible in Nephrology
- DEA
- Visa Accepted: J-1 or H-1B
- Experience: Open to new graduates
- Other Qualifications: - Strong interest in comprehensive nephrology care - Excellent collaboration and patient communication skills
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide outpatient and inpatient nephrology services
- Oversee dialysis care for HD and PD patients
- Collaborate with APRNs and hospital teams
- Participate in call rotation (1:3)
- Contribute to program development and patient-centered care initiatives
