Travel Pay Rate: (above 50 miles)
- Hourly:$30/hr W2 + $1,246/week (non - taxable stipend)
- Gross:$2,326/weekly
Local Pay Rate: (within 50 miles)
Hourly:$56/hr - $ 58/hr (W2)

Job Summary:
The Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Registered Nurse (RN) provides specialized, high-acuity nursing care to critically ill patients requiring continuous monitoring and advanced life-support interventions. This role demands strong clinical judgment, rapid decision-making, and close collaboration with the multidisciplinary critical care team.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide continuous assessment and care for critically ill patients.
- Monitor hemodynamics, ventilators, drips, and life-support equipment.
- Administer IV medications, titrate critical drips, and manage complex therapies.
- Respond promptly to emergencies, codes, and rapid changes in patient status.
- Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and care teams to execute treatment plans.
- Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately in the EMR.
Required Qualifications:
- Active RN license of MO or Compact.
- BLS and ACLS , PALS , NIHSS , TNCC required.
- Minimum 3 years of ICU experience.
- Experience with Meditech EMR systems preferred.
