Position Type: Full time- Days
Work Schedule: 3/12 hour shifts- Days with Call
What We're Looking For:• Current, unrestricted RN license in the State of South Carolina
• Current BCLS certification
• Completion of nursing service orientation program
• Attendance at IV Therapy training or demonstration of IV competency within one year
• Annual participation in Skills Fair and completion of all required competencies
• Ability to assume the Charge Nurse role when needed
• Maintains department-specific certifications and competencies
• Previous hospital experience
• Advanced certification in specialty area
• Membership in a professional nursing organization
What You'll Do:• Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the care of assigned patients
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to meet unit and hospital goals
• Providing care in alignment with clinical standards and departmental guidelines
• Willingness to float to other comparable nursing units, as needed
