Are you passionate about helping individuals access the healthcare they need? Join our mission-driven team as a Health Coverage Enrollment Supervisor and play a vital role in connecting underserved communities to essential health coverage programs. 

Your Role & Impact 

As a Health Coverage Enrollment Supervisor, you'll lead a dedicated team that helps patients navigate and enroll in health coverage programs like Medi-Cal and Covered California. You'll oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, and provide hands-on support to staff and applicants. Your leadership will directly impact our ability to deliver timely, accurate, and compassionate enrollment assistance—making healthcare more accessible for those who need it most. 

What We're Looking For 

• Associate degree in social services, health education, public health, or related field—or equivalent experience 

• 2+ years of experience in health coverage enrollment (Medi-Cal / Covered California or Cal Fresh) 

• 2+ years of supervisory or lead experience 

• Bilingual in Spanish 

• Strong knowledge of public health insurance programs 

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 

Bonus points if you have: 

• Bachelor’s degree in social services, health education, public health, or other health related field.
• Two (2) years of health coverage enrollment experience.
• Certified Enrollment Counselor (CEC) certification.
• Completion of a Supervisory Certificate Program.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Experience working with underserved populations.

The pay range for this role is $25.41 - $35.57 on an hourly basis.
