This full-time position blends healthcare administration, multidisciplinary collaboration, and team leadership to drive high-quality patient outcomes, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Responsibilities as the Healthcare Program Director:
- Clinical & Operational Leadership: Oversee daily wound care operations, maintain compliance, uphold hospital partner reporting, and ensure high-quality patient care.
- Team Management & Development: Supervise clinic staff through scheduling, training, performance management, and behavioral coaching while fostering a collaborative, patient-centered environment.
- Program Oversight & Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot operational challenges between centers, physicians, and hospital partners, ensuring smooth workflows and timely problem resolution.
- Performance & Patient Experience: Collaborate with the Medical Director on performance improvement, enhance patient experience and quality, and ensure adherence to documentation and performance standards.
- Financial & Strategic Management: Prepare and manage budgets, monitor KPIs, optimize program utilization, and support strategic growth and continuous improvement across assigned sites.
- Education: Associate degree in Nursing required.
- Certification: Valid CPR certification from the American Heart Association required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in nurse management or hospital service line leadership (prior experience in wound care is highly preferred).
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable navigating healthcare software and technology platforms to support clinical operations.
