- 24-hour orthopedic coverage with call and clinic responsibilities
- 5 - 7 calls per week
- Clinic 5 days per week with average of 5 patients per day
- 4 - 5 surgeries per month
- Trauma fellowship training required
- Ongoing coverage needs of 10 - 15 days per month
- Post-operative follow-ups and ER referrals primarily
- Adult and pediatric fracture care
- We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
