This role is for a Medical Director providing onsite and virtual clinical and administrative care to employees of a Fortune 500 company in the Quad Cities. The position involves managing advanced practice providers, conducting medical evaluations, and delivering urgent care without insurance billing or on-call duties. About the Opportunity
- Position will be 80% Clinical and 20% Administrative
- The candidate will need to be comfortable with the management of advanced practice providers
- Assess and treat work-related and non-work-related illnesses/injuries.
- Conduct fit-for-duty evaluations, medical surveillance, and pre-placement evaluations.
- Provide urgent care and stabilization for patients requiring higher-level treatment.
- No nights, weekends, or on-call responsibilities
- No insurance billing, focus on patient care, and improving outcomes
- Work out of multiple sites in the Quad Cities area
- Candidate must have IL and IA licensure
- Candidates with training in occupational medicine, family medicine, emergency medicine, or internal medicine will all be considered.

- Remuneration in the $300K to $320K range with 5 weeks of PTO.
