The Associate Program Director will develop and lead a new family medicine residency program focused on addressing rural physician shortages. The role includes managing the residency program, outpatient practice, and supporting faculty and residents while serving as second in command. Candidates must be board-certified in Family Medicine and committed to academic leadership and healthcare innovation in a not-for-profit system in Indiana.
