Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a full-time ASU/PACU position in Maine requiring a ME or compact RN license and strong ASU/PACU experience.
Responsibilities
- Full-time nursing position in the Ambulatory Surgery Unit and Post Anesthesia Care Unit (ASU/PACU)
- Hospital-based setting
- Four 9-hour day shifts per week
- Weekend call rotation required
- Responsible for pre- and post-anesthesia care in both ambulatory and critical care settings
- Must participate in weekend call rotations as scheduled
- Facility reserves the right to refuse or terminate any assignment for cause
Requirements
- Active ME or compact RN license required
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience with at least 1 year of ASU/PACU clinical experience
- Certifications required: BLS/BCLS, ACLS, and PALS
- License must be currently active at time of consideration
