Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Pediatric ICU position requiring a KS or compact RN license and recent PICU experience.
Responsibilities
- Work in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit of a hospital
- Pediatric patient population requiring intensive care
- Night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
- 13-week contract assignment
- Provide specialized nursing care to critically ill pediatric patients
- Must submit complete documentation including application, skills checklist, references, and license verification
- First time travelers may be considered
Requirements
- Active KS or compact RN license required
- Minimum of 1 year of recent PICU experience required
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA or ARC
- No gaps in work history equaling 90 days or more in the past 12 months
- US Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration
