This facility is seeking a Family or Internal Medicine Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 8a-5p and Wednesday 10a7p
Patients per day: 18-21
Practice Setting: Federally Qualified Health Center
Scope: Outpatient
State Licensure: Connecticut
