In this role, the Child Psychiatrist will be responsible for providing high-quality psychiatric care to children and adolescents in an outpatient setting.

- Setting: 100% outpatient
- Schedule: Monday to Friday (4 days clinical; 1 day consultations)
- Patient Volume: 8 to 9 per day
- Call: Minimal
The Child Psychiatrist will:
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations of children and adolescents
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and their families
- Monitor and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Prescribe and manage medications as appropriate
- Provide therapy and counseling services as needed
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers and community resources to provide coordinated care
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Maintain current knowledge of developments in the field of child and adolescent psychiatry
- Licensed to practice Medicine in the State of New York
- Board Eligible or Certified in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry
- Knowledge of evidence-based practices and current research in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry
