Job Summary (List Format):
- Night shift position: 3 x 12-hour shifts per week (7:00pm - 7:30am)
- Minimum 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience required
- Minimum 18 months permanent (PERM) Med/Surg Telemetry experience required
- Must possess a permanent Ohio RN license or a Compact State license in hand
- American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross BLS & ACLS certifications required
- NIH Stroke Scale certification required (must obtain prior to start)
- Must have previous Epic electronic medical record (EMR) experience
- ONE recent professional reference from a manager, assistant nurse manager (ANM), supervisor, or director in Med/Surg Telemetry required
- Must pass ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate exam during orientation
- Must work at least every other holiday
- All requirements and submittal criteria are non-negotiable
