The Family Practice Physician provides primary care services including sick and well visits, follow-ups, physical exams, minor laceration treatments, and in-office mole removals for adults and adolescents. The role involves a four-day work week with telephonic call responsibilities and potential evening hours. The position requires relevant licensure such as NH medical license, DEA, and board certification in family medicine, with support for obtaining state licensure if applicable.
- Start date end of June or July 6th
- 1:7 telephonic call
- 4 day work week Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday from 8a 5P with the possibility of evening hours in the future (until 8p) (5 day work week can be negotiated)
- There are two Physicians, 1 NP (leaving July 2nd for opportunity in VT), and 1 PA (on maternity leave end-April end-July) who is a 0.75FTE. One of the Physicians is our Outpatient Medical Director
- Licensure/certification required: NH license preferred, DEA, BC ABFM
- Patients: Adults and Adolescents. Roughly 16 patients per day.
- Cases: Sick & Well visits, follow ups, physicals, in office mole removals, and minor lacerations.
