• Types of Cases: Urologist duties, consults, surgery if needed
• Procedures: Cystoscopy and biopsies
• Credentialing: 90 days

• Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible Urology
• Certifications: BLS, Robotics trained
• Licensure: Active Arizona license or IMLC with LOQ in hand
