We are seeking a full-time Pulmonary/Critical Care/Sleep Medicine Physician to join an established, multidisciplinary specialty team within a progressive, physician-led health system. This opportunity offers flexibility to tailor your clinical practice across pulmonary medicine, critical care, and sleep medicine based on your interests, with strong institutional support and academic involvement.
What You ll DoProvide comprehensive specialty care across pulmonary, critical care, and sleep medicine, including:
Deliver inpatient and outpatient pulmonary medicine services
Provide critical care coverage within a collaborative ICU model
Diagnose and manage sleep disorders in an AASM-accredited sleep center
Customize clinical time across pulmonary, critical care, and sleep medicine
Perform bronchoscopic procedures, including EBUS
Utilize point-of-care ultrasound in clinical practice
Collaborate with ENT for hypoglossal nerve stimulator therapy
Partner with interventional radiology and thoracic surgery for advanced procedures
Supervise and teach residents and medical students
Participate in weekly multidisciplinary clinic radiology conferences
Established specialty team including pulmonologists, intensivists, sleep physicians, advanced practice clinicians, respiratory therapists, and nurse specialists
Flexible practice design allowing customization of clinical focus
AASM-accredited sleep center
Advanced procedural capabilities, including bronchoscopy with EBUS
