Opportunity for BE/BC internal medicine or family medicine trained hospitalists to join physician owned team. Group covers two facilities but each hospitalist is only assigned to work at one. 7on/7off schedule, closed ICU. Mostly day shifts. Providers take turn with a week of nights every 3-4 months. Average census is 20 pts/day and physician extenders are used to manage workload. Compensation is Base salary plus RVU bonuses and other benefits are offered including 401k, paid malpractice and CME allowance.
