Sumo Medical Staffing is recruiting for an experienced Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospitalist/Physician to work locum shifts in Waverly, Iowa (IA) to begin in December as soon as credentialed, the role offers ongoing work with a competitive market rate and benefits.
The Obstetrics and Gynecology role:
DESCRIPTION:
- 24 Hr Shifts Clinic and Call required
- NICU level I
- Miniumum 4 shifts per month, can have up to 20 shifts per month
- Expected patients encounters per day: 13+
- Average Deliveries for Hospitalists: 1-4
- GYN coverage: Yes
- MFM on site: no
- EMR: EPIC & Cerner
Requirements:
- IA License Active and unrestricted
- BC-Obstetrics/Gynecology, or Truly Board Eligible.
- BLS, NRP, MRT
- Covid Vaccination - required, or medical exemption
- Minimum 100 deliveries in the past 24 months. 25 Gyn cases in last 12 months.
- Minimum 2-years of experience.
