Customer Service Representative Responsibilities Include:

• Conducts inbound and outbound calls
• Processes customer orders
• Places special orders with suppliers and/or other warehouses
• Tracks and provides follow up on backorders, shipments, and warranties
• Assists in closing out day end orders and shipping documents

 

 Successful Customer Service Representative Candidate Will Have:

• 1-2 years customer service and/or inside sales experience
• Industrial, Maintenance Repair Operations (MRO), automotive parts experience (helpful)
• Good communication skills (written and verbal)
• Customer service focused
• Basic order entry computer skills

• Organization and time management skills with the ability to multi-task
• Ability to work Monday-Friday (8am-5pm)
