Our client, a leading manufacturer in Appleton, WI, is seeking a Senior Benefits Manager to join their team for 4 - 6 months. As a Senior Benefits Manager, you will be part of the HR department supporting employee benefits programs. The ideal candidate will have Strong Benefits and 401-K experience with exceptional understanding of the compliance intricacies.

Pay Range: $30.00 - $40.00 + / hour
Shift: 1st shift
What's the Job?
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations such as ERISA, HIPAA, ACA, FMLA, and COBRA.
- Partner with vendors, brokers, and internal stakeholders to deliver competitive benefits solutions.
- Lead or support projects related to benefit system upgrades, new program implementations, and wellness initiatives.
What's Needed?
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 7-10+ years of experience in benefits management, including expertise in 401(k), compliance, and benefits administration.
- Experience working with UKG (UltiPro) and BI systems preferred.
- Strong knowledge of benefits regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
