A Pediatrics Physician with board certification and extensive clinical and leadership experience is responsible for overseeing daily clinical operations, leading departmental strategy, and mentoring clinical staff. The role includes policy implementation, quality improvement, and recruitment of medical personnel within a pediatric outpatient practice. Qualifications: MD or DO Unrestricted PA medical license Graduate from an ACGME Pediatric Residency Board Certified - Pediatrics Graduate from an ACGME Pediatric Pulmonary Fellowship 5+ years clinical experience in a pediatric o/p practice 3 years' experience in practice leadership & change management
