Join a growing Cardiovascular Surgery team in Jackson, Michigan as a Locum NP supporting a busy CVICU in a Level II Trauma Center. This is a high-impact, low-call role with flexible 12- or 24-hour shifts, autonomy, and excellent support all while earning $165/hr and enjoying complimentary travel and lodging.

• Location: Jackson, MI

• Rate: $165/hr

• Perks: Malpractice, travel, lodging, mileage all covered

• Dates: ASAP through December 2025 (may extend)

• ️ Shifts: 12-hour day/night rotation (24-hr option available)

• Call: No call required

• Practice Setting: Hospital-based CVICU

• Daily Census: 9 patients

• EMR: EPIC

• Supervising Physician: Onsite (day), Phone (night)

• Trauma Level: Level II

• Adult-only population (18+)

• Placement of Central Venous and Dialysis Catheters

• Arterial line insertion

• Chest tube placement

• Must be comfortable working autonomously, especially on night shifts

• Board Certified: AANP or NCCPA REQUIRED

• Acute Care trained & certified REQUIRED

• BLS & ACLS (AHA) REQUIRED

• Michigan license Highly preferred (willing to consider those applying)

• Minimum 2 years' relevant CVICU/critical care experience REQUIRED

• ️ Flights, hotel, rental car, and mileage reimbursed
