We re hiring for a full-time advanced practice clinician to provide specialized wound care in post-acute facilities in theLansing, Michigan area.
This role offers a flexible weekday schedule with no call responsibilities perfect for clinicians seeking both clinical impact and work-life balance.
Position Overview:
Location: Lansing, MI and surrounding areas
Schedule: Full-time, Monday Friday
Setting: Post-acute care, inpatient environment
Call: None
Key Responsibilities:
Assess and manage residents with complex wounds
Develop individualized care plans and consult on wound care protocols
Educate nursing staff and facility teams on dressing techniques, hygiene, and early signs of complications
Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams (IDT) and primary care providers
Promote evidence-based wound care practices and continuity of care
What We re Looking For:
Experienced NP or PA with a clinical background in wound, ostomy, foot care, and/or continence care
Wound care certification preferred (but not required)
Active and unrestricted Michigan NP or PA license
DEA license preferred (not required)
Strong communication, collaboration, and patient-centered care skills
