- 12-hour physician coverage in house (7a-7p)
- 12-hour NPPA coverage in house (7a-7p)
- 12-hour telemedicine coverage from 7p-7a allowing our hospitalists quality of life
- 7-on/7-off block schedule
- No procedures and HM physicians do not respond to codes
- Manageable daily patient census offering low-stress and quality practice
- Nursing staff and hospital administration that fosters a culture of patient and clinician engagement
