What You'll Do:
Provide ABA therapy services in general and special education classrooms
Support students during academic instruction, recess, lunch, and transitions
Implement behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs
Collect data on student progress and communicate with school teams
Attend IEP meetings and collaborate on student goals
Work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
What We Offer:
$850 sign-on bonus for non-certificated RBTs
Providing Paid Training and RBT Credentialing
30+ hours per week (hours based on your availability)

Requirements:
Have at least a completed Associates degree or higher
Can pass background screening
Ability to attend training at our clinic in Mililani
This role requires frequent movement, including sitting on the floor, standing, bending, and responding quickly to client needs. Candidates must be able to lift or assist clients and equipment up to 50 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Further Details:
Job Types: Full-time (30+ hours)
Starting Pay: $24.00 per hour (with future opportunities for raises)
Schedule: Must have availability Monday – Friday between 7:30am to 2:30pm
