$1M guaranteed salary + $150k start bonus and $100k retention bonus. Orthopedic Surgeon (Hand/General Orthopedics). Permanent, full-time hospital-employed role in North Dakota. Call 1:3 (paid, includes trauma). State-of-the-art facilities; immediate clinical volume. Benefits include premium health/dental/vision cost-share, malpractice, LTD, life, 401(k)/profit sharing, $10k relocation, $4,500 CME, 30 days VAC/CME (yrs1–3). - MD or DO - Eligible for US state medical license - US residency and/or fellowship completed - Board eligible or certified - Comfortable with trauma call and upper-extremity/sports/revision cases

Qualifications

• MD or DO Medical Degree
• Eligible to be state licensed in the United States
