Position: Full-Time LPN
Schedule: 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM | Rotating Schedule | Every Other Weekend

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver direct nursing care to inmates during night shifts, including assessments, medication administration, and chronic care management.
Monitor patients’ conditions, document findings accurately, and communicate changes promptly to the healthcare team.
Respond to urgent health needs with professionalism and composure.
Maintain compliance with facility policies, state regulations, and healthcare standards.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care.
