Position Details:

Job Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in school-aged children

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and parents

• Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed

• Provide direct therapy services individually or in small groups

• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district and state regulations

• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions

• Serve as a resource to teachers and staff on speech and language development

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

• Valid Florida Speech-Language Pathologist License (or eligibility to obtain)

• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFs are welcome to apply!

• Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred

• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
