GardaWorld Security Services is Now Hiring a Security Officer!
As a Security Supervisor there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people on all shifts, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.

- Site Location: Durham, NC
- Set Full-time Schedule:
- 11:00 PM-7:00 AM, Wednesday - Saturday (32 hours per week)
- 7:00AM - 3:00 PM, Saturday - Tuesday (32 hours per week)
- Competitive hourly wage:
- $18.78/Hr. - $20.30 / Hr., bi-weekly pay periods (DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees!)

Responsibilities of a Security Supervisor
- Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
- Manage access control
- Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
- Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
- Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
- Answer questions in person or by phone
- Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
- Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
Qualifications for Security Supervisor
- Must have an active PPSB license.
- Must have at least 2 years of Supervisor, Manager, or Team Lead experience.
- Must have at least 1 year of security experience.
- Must be proficient in computers/technology.
- Must be over the age of 21 years old.
- Prior badging experience is preferred.
- Be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
- Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
- If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
- You have a state license if required
