This role is for a Board Certified Family Medicine Physician providing comprehensive outpatient primary care to patients of all ages in a physician-directed family medicine practice in eastern New York. Opportunity:
- Seeking a full-time Board Certified Family Medicine Physician to join an established and patient-centered outpatient practice offering flexible scheduling, a supportive team environment, and rewarding compensation.
- Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to patients of all ages
- Work as part of a dynamic, physician-led care team
- Maintain a 40-hour work week with 34 hours of direct patient contact
- Participate in a light on-call schedule with phone-only coverage and RN triage
- Perform telemedicine coverage for a few hours on designated weekends every few months
- Collaborate with APPs, with potential for increased compensation
- Engage in teaching opportunities with medical and NP/PA students
- Utilize the EPIC EMR system for all patient documentation and records
- See an average of patients per day
- Optional opportunities in hospital medicine or administrative leadership roles
- Ensure compliance with all required certifications and licensure
