Supervisor - Pharmacy Compounding

Lead a compounding pharmacy team at a major healthcare system with opportunities for clinical leadership. Supervisor — Pharmacy Compounding. Full-time on-site in Florida; permanent role at Memorial Healthcare System. Requires overseeing sterile/non-sterile compounding operations, scheduling, quality, and staff supervision. - Two years relevant experience or post-graduate residency OR Bachelor's in job-related field - BCSCP preferred - Strong verbal/written communication and supervisory skills - Ability to prioritize, delegate, and work under stress

Complexity of Work: Role requires advanced technological, analytical, and critical thinking skills including effective verbal and written communication skills, decisive judgment and the ability to supervise a diverse team in a stressful environment effectively. The candidate must demonstrate the ability to prioritize multiple projects and delegate tasks to ensure timely completion. Required Work Experience: Two (2) years of relevant experience or equivalent post graduate residency training. Board Certified Sterile Compounding Pharmacist certification (BCSCP) preferred.
