What You Will Do:

• Demonstrates clear understanding of proper work methods and procedures with use of tools and equipment
• Run written CNC programs OR operation of Kasto Saws without supervision and achieve daily rate and quality standards
• Understand and perform the operation of basic tool adjustments to keep parts within spec
• Perform basic surface reworks failed by NDT
• Perform daily work around of machines
• Support the cell’s continuous improvement and all CORE and EH&S initiatives, including wearing required personal protective equipment

• This position for 5th Shift Fri-Sun 7pm-7am.

Qualifications You Must Have:

• High School diploma or GED equivalent with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.

• Must have good mechanical aptitude

• The position requires ascending, descending stairs, standing for extended periods, bending, squatting, twisting, overhead reach, and lifting up to 25 pounds.

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.

Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility.

The pay range is $22.00 per hour; however, Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
