The position requires an active Ohio medical license, BLS certification, and offers flexibility with temporary privileging and malpractice coverage provided.

- Scope: Comprehensive outpatient wound management and hyperbaric oxygen therapy
- Common Wounds: - Acute, surgical, traumatic, and non-healing wounds - Ulcers (arterial, venous, diabetic, pressure) - Burns, gangrene, radiation injury, pilonidal cysts, and chronic venous insufficiency
- Treatments and Procedures: - Debridement and incision/drainage - Skin grafting and bioengineered skin applications - Unna boot, total contact casting, and post-surgical incision management - Hyperbaric oxygen therapy supervision - Negative pressure-assisted wound closure
- Responsibilities: - Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans - Educate patients and caregivers on wound care and prevention - Implement preventative strategies to reduce recurrenceCompensation
