The advanced practice provider will work in collaboration with interventional radiologists to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care across inpatient, outpatient, and procedural settings. The PA/ARNP will be responsible for performing independent patient assessments, performing image-guided procedures, and coordinating care before, during, and after interventions. This is an opportunity to practice at the forefront of minimally invasive, image-guided medicine in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.ResponsibilitiesPatient Evaluation & Management Perform comprehensive histories and physical examinations for inpatient consults, pre-procedural assessments, and post-procedure follow-ups.Formulate differential diagnoses, develop management plans, and provide patient education regarding IR procedures and expectations.Procedures Perform select image-guided procedures within the scope of practice and credentialing, such as thoracentesis, paracentesis, lumbar puncture, arthrograms, FNA, GI/GU fluoroscopy, venous access Care CoordinationOrder, review, and interpret laboratory tests, imaging studies relevant to IR cases.
