Dates of Coverage: Effective Feb 2026: 3-6 assignment to extend as needs require
Schedule (Shifts and Hours): Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM One day on site for DX Breast-
Reason for Coverage: 2 outgoing providers
Practice Setting (Office-Clinic/Hospital Based): hospital based and some remote
Average Number of Cases Per Day: variable
Annual ER Volume: 120 pts day
Documentation System/EMR: Epic/PowerScribe/PACS
Number of Radiologists in Practice: 8 on team -2 leaving =6 total after Feb
Description of Support Staff: Full Compliment
Do You Use Teleradiology?: Yes, remote possible 2-3 days per week-TBD
Patient Age Demographic: Adolescent, Child, Adult, Geriatric
Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 90-120 days with completion on apps
