Facility:
This established healthcare facility serves as a Level II Trauma Center providing essential emergency medical services to the Devils Lake community and surrounding areas. The hospital utilizes the EPIC EMR system and offers comprehensive emergency care with strong institutional support.

Board Certified - Emergency Medicine
Job Details:
• Position begins as locum coverage for approximately 6 months with potential to transition to permanent role
• 9-hour varied shifts with approximately 1.4 patients per hour
• 10-12 hour shifts in a Level II Trauma Center setting
• No midlevel provider support
• Must be proficient in essential emergency procedures including intubation, chest tubes, central lines, and procedural sedation
• Experience with OB/GYN procedures and deliveries required
• Must be comfortable with adult and pediatric resuscitation
• ABEM board certification required
• Active North Dakota medical license required
• Current PALS, ATLS, ACLS, and DEA certifications required
• Travel, lodging, and car rental covered for non-local providers (must follow CommonSpirit Travel Guidelines)
• EPIC EMR system experience beneficial
Compensation:
