Background and Credentialing Process takes approximately 4 to 6 weeks. The facility is looking for an ASAP start. Will consider 13 weeks to one year contract.
Schedule
• Monday–Friday, between 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Closed on federal holidays

Base Year ASAP–11/30/2026, with four 1-year option periods
Position Summary:
The White Earth Health Center seeks Physical Therapists to provide full-time patient care and rehabilitation services, in an outpatient setting. The goal is to deliver culturally sensitive, high-quality care across all age groups, from infants to elderly patients.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat patients with a wide range of conditions (post-surgical, neurological, orthopedic, chronic pain).
- Develop care plans and goals with patients and families.
- Document progress in the Electronic Health Record (EHR).
- Coordinate with referring physicians and the interdisciplinary care team.
- Maintain a daily patient load of approximately 10 per 8-hour day.
Qualifications:
- U.S. Citizen or authorized to work in the U.S.
- Graduate of an accredited PT program.
- Active, unrestricted PT license in any U.S. state.
- Current BLS certification.
- Must pass a federal background check.
- Experience working with Native American populations preferred but not required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and electronic medical records.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
